Mark Frank joined Fallbrook in July 2011 and is the Director of Advanced Engineering with the responsibility for leading the development of continuously variable transmission systems for primary transmissions and variable accessory drives.
Prior to Fallbrook, Mark worked for 14+ years in a variety of increasingly responsible positions and on a wide variety of important projects for BAE Systems in Austin, Texas. BAE Systems is a global defense, security and aerospace company with its headquarters in London (United Kingdom). During his time at BAE Systems, Mark was the Project Engineer/Senior Principal Engineer on two separate highly complex $100 million U.S. Army projects where he directed technical teams of over 50 engineers, software developers, and scientists plus major subcontractors. Before his work at BAE Systems, he was a mechanical engineer for Beta Pro, a consulting company for product design and failure analysis.
Mark holds a B.S. In Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
